Seems like as the topic goes on more and more and more excuses get tossed out for her. Since now she suddenly became "nearly a pre-teen".

Make no mistake: this girl was in no way young enough to not know right from wrong. Hell I couldn't even imagine telling a teacher "no" if they told me to stop talking on a phone or something. I couldn't even imagine said teacher bringing in an administrator and STILL essentially saying "nah, this all about me yo, gotta text and shit, this shit matters".

Not sure where Jinx got the "pre-teen" as it was a high school. But I don't see "well, she was 16, so she should have known better" as being an excuse for the cop slamming and tossing her.

So curiously this isn't the first time something like this happened at this school. They have had video evidence of a cop literally trying to box a damn student. But this didn't really make media coverage.

Now would anyone like to venture a guess as to why the most recent incident got so much outrage, but the other one didn't?
