You cannot be an Omnipotent being, but only Nigh anything.
The word Omnipotent mean you have no equal, you have no limit whatsoever. Too be an Omnipotent means time, space have no value to you. It means you exist in all time lines, that means Past, Present and Future.
So you can't be an Omnipotent being with only Nigh Omniscient, because Nigh means approaching or almost there.

True omnipotence would mean said being has at least the power to grant himself omni-everything else. An omnipotent being cannot lack omniscience unless it's willful.
