Interesting, from what I get it is important to consider when something was released if judging it's powers, so HOTI changed the status of the IG or better said it was a greater level of omnipotence in it's native Universe. Same is true for the LT during the pre rec Beyonder times, who later was far above the Beyonder in his Omniversal might.
All in all, what I get from this thread is:
1. TOAA = Marvel God = Presence = DC God = Overmonitor
2. Brothers from DC vs Marvel = CA Superman = Lucifer/Michael = GEB = Mandrakk = WF Mxy = Empty Hand
3. LT (Megaversal) = Spectre (Full power) = Beyonder Race (Ivory Kings) = Mandrakk II = Gentry
4. Pre rec Beyonder = 3D Imps
5. LT Multiversal = Spectre (average) = COIE AM = ZH Parallax
6. Marvel Brothers (from X-Men Adventures)

The "Supreme" Being's creation was a speck to the Primal Monitor. It's entire creation was a microbe compared to the infinity that is the Primal Monitor. If you don't get how that looks bad for DC's "God" then I can't help you.
TOAA's creation was just as minuscule in comparison to pre-retcon Beyonder's totality, for example, yet TOAA was still just as mighty. 🙂
