What I want from this? I want a French initiative, supported by the rest of the world including any forces of ours they ask for, to hunt down and catch everyone related to this attack. I do not want blanket hatred of people who are not related, and I do not want blanket hatred providing a cover for those actually involved to hide under and escape - remember how Osama Bin Laden took a decade to catch because instead of targeting him and Al Qaeda, we decided to hit a much wider net and take forces away from the Al Qaeda hunt? I do not want a repeat of that.

There is no way to fight radical islam. You cannot quell it, you cannot stop it, it spreads like a cancer. The more of them you kill, the more it rallies to their cause. They don't believe in peace, they want war and chaos and terror, they want the world afraid, they want to enslave people

While unlikely in this case, the second biggest terrorist attack in American history was by caucasian christian Americans. 168 died, 680 injured.

Personally, I'd rather focus on hoping there's no more deaths, the perpetrators are stopped, and they get to the bottom of who was behind it soon, rather than trying to come up with excuses to hate people not involved.

This is close to 400 people dead to radical islam in less then 2 weeks. This does not include the deaths in Iraq or the middle east.

The US has killed hundreds of thousands of Muslims in Iraq and similar.

Let's talk a moment about one of the big goals of terror attacks like this-

One thing they want to do is 'wake up' the world to their line of thinking.

They are few in number in Europe, but there's millions of European Muslims they assume they can convert.

They want France to act in a way that will push these people to them.

Those who want to lash out blindly against all Muslims want to help them by doing the same thing.

The alternative is to embrace non-radicalized muslims, encourage non-radicalization, and surgically destroy just our actual enemies.

It is much better to do what they do not want, and destroy them, than to do what they want us to do because it'd make us 'feel good' or what have you.

Being big and blustery and trying to wreck everything is exactly what the enemy wants.

Don't do what the real enemy wants.

I wonder how long we will have to wait fot the movie of this to be made?.
