Why do I get the feeling redpill thinks the Jedi would have never been killed off if they followed Zao? mmm
sidious would have to have a radically different plan if jedi followed zao's wisdom. meanwhile zao would have the jedi focus their concentration on the light side of the force

what happened to the jedi under yoda

Most of the Jedi had no reason to expect order 66 would happen.

It doesn't take a ****ing genius to know that betraying the Jedi, putting Dooku and Ventress in the same ship, and planning on hunting Darth Sidious, and expecting to live a peaceful life with Ventress afterwards just wasn't going to work. He didn't do it for philosophical reasons, he did it because he wanted to **** Ventress.

Krell betrayed the Jedi because he wanted to be on top when the empire took over, and the guy thought betraying the Jedi in the heart of their army and taunting the people with guns to his back were good ideas.

And Barriss thought the Jedi "losing their way" was moral justification for killing civilians and terrorism.

TLDR: Vos is a selfish ****, Krell is an ass, Barriss is just wrong, and all three of them are philosophical failures.

again most jedi are lacking in wisdom, esp since the separtists told them all the bad things about the republic and dooku told them the republic was under control of the sith

in legends vos clearly knew the republic was corrupt and in canon tcw bariss did as well

pong said he is no longer naive to be a jedi. not justifying his action but he did have insight.

The Order died but was reborn. If it were Zao they would've only gone through the former.

how would sidious initiate order 66 if jedi were NOT serving as generals?

The Great Jedi Purge would have still happened...

how? what would be a legal basis under zao?

How? Maybe because the Jedi are the singular enemy of the Sith and their Grand Plan was working towards the Jedi's destruction?

Gosh, the Sith attempting to destroy the Jedi can't be that much of a stretch. What with all the wars that were waged to that end.

"The Jedi broke their vows for arbitrary reasons and betrayed all of us. Let's get over our differences and exterminate the Jedi."

under yoda the jedi served as generals of clones. dooku was very concerned that the jedi might uncover order 66 in the last season of tcw. remember dooku conversing with lama su about the inhibitor chip

how would sidious get order 66 to work if jedi were never generals?

He doesn't need to get Order 66 to work. There are other ways to kill Jedi. Given that Zao would have them all together meditating and making soup, orbital bombardment would definitely do the trick.

dont forget as bariss offee noted in tcw last season jedi participation in the war turned public opinion against them. that's on yoda. under zao there would be no public opinion turning against them since they weren't serving as generals.

yeah but as seen with pong krell and anakin the war itself corrupted the jedi.

You mean aside from the fact that the separatist army would be stomping the Republic Army and the Jedi weren't doing anything about it?

The war doesn't crack the top 5 things that turned Anakin to the dark side tbh

The Jedi did the same thing during the Mandalorian Wars and public opinion was extremely against them. Me thinks the people wouldn't look favorably on the guardians of peace and justice taking off when there's guarding needing doing.

it takes wisdom to understand circumstances have changed.

can you state in your own words what happened to the jedi after order 66 was issued, and what were the chain of events that lead to that?

are you seriously suggesting that a wise being could not have foreseen this and taken measure to prevent or mitigate it?

Nope. They could not. Which was the plot of the entire PT. Welcome to Star Wars, m8.
