Parries and fights off the initial attack from multiple Disir. When invoking the curse of the Disir, they attack you at incredible speeds. In this case it was "faster than lightning, faster than thought". Keep in mid there's a bout a dozen Disir and she fended off their initial blitz.

Thor is by no means a speedster. He doesn't go around smacking people with Mjolnir a hundred times a second. But he has shown great perception to things moving incredibly fast as well as reaction.
Here he is able to perceive objects moving at several times the speed of light. In this case it's Skuttlebut. He quickly catches up to it then is able to tag it with Mjolnir even after getting blasted.

In this fight he doesn't need to be moving around like Flash to be able to tag Supes. He just needs a small opening to press his advantage. One or two hits then he can open up with his myriad other abilities.

It's funny Cele, Superman fans hold a double standard. Since we are supposed to close our eyes and believe in Supermagic when his power depictions don't add up, why are they so unwilling to do that same? Thor deals with superspeed just fine, DEAL WITH IT.

In fact, in one instance, he engaged a group of thugs with various firearms, disarmed every single one of them, scaled a building and was running across the rooftop while the guys still are pointing hands at eachother because their brains didn't register he did any of that yet.

And which speedster he fought who was even close to Superman? Heck even Mongoose was blitzing him who was outright shown to be slower than Spidey.
