Deadshot nearly killed depowered Superman, and using the same logic it would mean Deadshot >>> Frankenstein = WW/Shazam. A>B>C Logic doesn't always work in comics. Writers don't keep a meticulous record of power levels for every characters.

Superman struggled with Aquaman in physical h2h (Superman ~=Aquaman). IIRC, Superman even said Aquaman might beat him (I may have misremembered it, though).
Superman BEAT Frankenstein in physical h2h (Superman > Frankenstein).
Frankenstein ~= Captain Marvel/Wonder Woman/OMAC (per your post).
So Aquaman > Frankenstein. So > Cap, WW and OMAC.

We clearly see him START to grow, and continue growing, after he drains Flash. Batman confirms it's the Speedforce.
THEN, all carver's second set of scans (quoted here) say, is that draining WW was something Parasite had NEVER felt before. Doesn't say WW>Superman, merely that she is something he has never felt before. But let's focus on that.
NEVER.
FELT.

So, if in his second set of scans, which carver freely admits comes AFTER the first set of scans, in his SECOND set, Parasite freely admits he has NEVER tasted WW's power before....
How can he be draining her in the first set?

As for the first set of scans, at the power station, Flash was KOed BEFORE he could sever the connection to the Speedforce. Batman even says so.
So no Flash = noone to sever Parasite's connection = Parasite was able to drain the Speedforce.
