Well, Kanan waxed about how great a master she was, and she trained Barris who's a total badass.

I mean, not a lot in canon for her aside from that, but it all speaks very well for her abilities.

Legends, she's one of only 20 Senior Jedi Generals, one step behind Council Members (who were the 12 High Generals).

At least 9, his skill isn't really up there but his offensive Force powers are impressive for a conservative OT-style movie.

I don't think that high- down at 6 is a full Jedi Master, and Ahsoka has the complete training of a Knight plus a lot of experience.

Kylo's training is still incomplete. So, beating the incompletely trained Kanan is probably around his ceiling.

Kylo's lightsaber skills are much too clunky. He swings that thing around like a large blunt object despite it weighing next to nothing. Everyone on that list is better as far as sabers goes. His force powers, however, are a bit more impressive.

Kylo isn't unskilled. He's described as "deadly," and he still took on a good portion of the academy solo. And he swings it around to generate more strength in each swing. It doesn't matter if it weighs anything or not; the type of swing will determine the amount of damage done.

Stops at 9 for sure.

5,6,7,8 all have a chance.
