Yeah - it's just that the highs that are being suggested for Doomsday are so stupidly high, that low showings (such as Booster) are almost negated.

A character getting completely and effortlessly beat down but surviving isnt any implication of a lack of power. His power is shown by what it takes to stop him and who he trampled along the way.
