No shit but he looked sloppy. These guys weren't trained assassins. They were weak. Guess who still failed in his objective ?

😂

How did he look sloppy? And yeah he didn't get the plans, who cares

Quanchi had to think long and hard about a way to lowball Vader in that scene 😂

Vader and Tarkin were both bad ass, and Krennic was their b****, which is why Quan hates this film.

Ah... mystery solved. 😉

I get it now.

Uhm, the whole objective was to acquire the plans. This led to the destruction of the Death Star. I'd say they are pretty significant. Quit being a Vader apologist.

False, and everything I said was true. You are fanatical in your devotion to Vader which is the real issue here.

False, Krennic was the one who saw to the completion to the Death Star. Krennic was damn good in the film. I do not hate the film I just was underwhelmed and didn't care for the majority of the characters. The ending battle sequences were well done. Try to be accurate from now on when you label me a hater. TFA was better.

I agree with Quan.

Me too... for a change.

But Vader was great and Krennic was kinda... meh. For a bad guy... he was a little pathetic.

Yeah it was significant and I agree Vader failed his mission, but you didn't answer my question.

Well actually Rogue One has shown the failure of the Empire was all down to Krennic's incompetence. Tarkin figured it was Galen who sent out the message under Galen's nose. Whilst Krennic was clueless.

So you pin everything on Krennic the guy who actually completed the construction of the Death Star ?? Tarkin was clueless in ANH when he went bye byes. Tarkin is extremely overrated.

Hack and slash movements with the Lightsaber.

I rather think that "hack and slash" describes Vader's style. Especially against targets that don't require a great deal of finesse. See Vader slamming his lightsaber into pipes and walls during his duel with Luke in ESB.

He also didn't take a single hit from multiple shooters. It certainly delayed him as intended, but we've seen Jedi go down from less in the prequel films.

LoL at someone complaining about Vader in R1. He was a total badass, tore right through greater numbers with contemptuous ease.

Deflected multiple shots, kept deflecting while force-slamming some poor sob, force-pulled multiple guns, deflected a shot with his hand etc. He was a complete beast, as we'd expect.

Yeah Probably most epic ending ever.

Absolutely. Vader showed speed is not necessarily the winning trait. Go Darth!
