Nobody made up what Hillary did. There wasn't a conservative narrative vs liberal narrative here.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2071

That is just one that Hillary is absolutely guilty of. The reality here is ruling class gets off. When this story broke nearly every major anchor on MSNBC couldn't believe the story Hillary told.

Change the name of Hillary in the story to say Sgt Smith in regards to this server and information, do you think the outcome would have been the same?

"110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential..." And later in the statement: "Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case... To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences."

You didn't make any bet . . .

Correct, I did not make any bet. But that did not stop you from demanding that I honor an agreement I did not make. I am merely holding you to your own standard, and asking you to abide by the terms of your own agreement.

Really, and if she had been indicted what would you have done?

Since we didn't make and agreement, what agreement are you talking about. You played it safe and now wanting an action based on an agreement you refused to take and now you want to claim it as if you made it, which you have repeated over and over you didn't. That's not how it works.

I did not make that bet, you did.

So you can't claim a bet you never made regardless of which way it fell. I can say you were right she was not indicted. But you never wanted to accept the challenge, and if she was indicted you would not honor our "imaginary agreement."

So you can walk away from this being correct and that's it. You refused to accept the bet/challenge so you don't get to claim you won that one. You can claim you were right and that's it.

Adam and me had a deal that if she was found guilty of wrong doing he would leave the forum.

It's official.

Hilary Clinton is guilty of vast negligence of mishandling state emails.

Hillary Clinton Violated Email Policy, State Dept

To everyone.

I told you so.

Adam you now have to leave the forum as we had a bet on this.

To everyone else, Bardock, Rob, Omega and every other swinging liberal who denied and denied and denied and said she was innocent.

Check mate.

What do you call someone who will not honor their own word?

Your such a creep it's scary. I love how you wiggle your way into any situation that You can. I feel sad for your parents really.

If this pattern seems familiar, there’s a good reason: a variety of “controversies” surrounding Hillary Clinton tend to follow the same trajectory. Dubious and largely underwhelming allegations are taken very seriously by Republicans and much of the media, which leads to a lengthy investigation, which amounts to very little.

We saw this play out last week with the Benghazi probe – the GOP’s special investigatory committee desperately searched for Clinton-related wrongdoing but found nothing – and we’re seeing it again now.

Soon after Comey’s statement, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee joined the fray to complain. “The system is rigged,” Donald Trump said via Twitter. “General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair!”

First, former Gen. David Petraeus got “in trouble” because he deliberately shared classified information with his mistress. To see this as comparable to Clinton’s actions is obviously foolish.

Second, there’s no real upside to going after Comey. Let’s not forget that President Obama chose a Republican to serve as FBI director – Comey was a top official in the Bush/Cheney Justice Department – and there’s literally nothing to suggest the bureau’s investigation was “rigged” for partisan or political reasons.

This morning’s announcement almost certainly won’t end the partisan food fight. Indeed, the Benghazi conspiracy theories were resolved years ago, but plenty of Republicans still believe them. Forevermore, many on the right will insist that Clinton got away with some serious crime.

But today’s outcome is the same outcome most of us have been expecting all along.

Yes. It was expected. That the corrupt administration wouldn't let their Hilldawg face the music for her criminal doings.

Its what the Clinton's and Democrats do best.

Be CRIMINALS that get away with it.

Or to put it another way.

A diff law for them then the rest of us.

Elitism WINS AGAIN!

The server itself wasn't a crime.

But did she or did she not create this server knowing it was wrong? She was apparently warned against it.

Why would we want a president who either ignores rules or is too stupid to remember them even after decades as a politician?

Oh don't get me wrong, she is guilty as hell. She got the pass people knew she would get.

I for one would vote for ANYONE even mickey mouse before trump or hillary. I mean Jill Stein or Gary Johnson are leagues better then the ass clowns we have in our major partys.

At the end of the day Hillary got a pass from the FBI that NO normal govt worker would have received. She's guilty and her gross negligence trumps her "intent."

"To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, aperson who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now."

Comey's words and more importantly Hillary deserves far more then administrative sanctions with her private server and storing of material.

At the end of the day this woman doesn't belong in the White House. Not unless it's just a guided tour she is on.

You mean Jill "Anti-vaccer" Stein and Gary "I will stop smoking pot if I am president" Johnson? Those two are clownshoes.
