Way too many conspiracy theories going on here. I guess they can't legally claim she did something illegal. Think we can all agree she's technologically handicapped and her negligence cost lives but I'm not sure how they can translate that into successful prosecution.

Which has to be proven in a court of law. They obviously didn't have enough evidence to even take it that far (assuming Bill didn't have some agreement with Lynch).

What are the conspiracy theories being presented here?

I even gave an example where the FBI did prosecute someone for doing far less but exactly the samething HIllary did earlier in the thread.
