Based on the initial findings, then I'll say lies.

Not only that the FBI isn't supposed to clear anything other then facts, the DOJ is supposed to move on said findings.

I'm torn actually, part of me thinks nothing will come out of this because of vast government corruption and the ties Clinton has.

But part of me also believes that with all the prodding and looking that has already happened, maybe there just isn't anything all that serious there.
