That means that someone would have gone to a secure server removed the clearance title copied it to a thumbdrive and then sent it on an open network.

She's a career politician with scandal after scandal. So yes, at least on some level.

I don't think she'll be worse than Trump for the country. She may not be good, who knows. But I am 99.99% sure Trump will be a disaster.
