I hate to play devil's advocate, but when we're talking about electronic data, the word "dump" usually refers to the copying of stored data to another location as a means to protect from permanent loss.
If you don't believe me, ask DDM, he's in the cyber security industry, or at least was. He can confirm that "dump" can and usually means just that.

That's certainly true in and of itself, but I also find the timing of it suspect. I also find myself looking at the other emails from Podesta and the way he talks and I dunno, for me it seems like he most likely isn't using it to refer to copying something.
I wouldn't rule it out completely though.

That congressman has quite the whiny and annoying voice/voice inflection as he talks. However, he brings up great points...and it is similar to the whining I have been doing this whole time. Seems rather obvious Hillary was up to no good. And the amount of lying she has done about the situation (factually proven lying...not stuff where you could say, "Well, when you look at it this way, she wasn't lying". No, that type of perspective doesn't work at all. This is quite binary: she lied and it was proven that she directly lied in tons and tons and tons of ways) should at least force her to step down from any government job until a proper, formal, and unbiased investigation is undertaken. And if it is discovered that she purposefully hid something but no one can prove what it was, then she should be black listed from all government positions under the justification that she's a state risk...just like any other formal federal employee would be treated.
