Yeah, but it did absolutely no lasting damage to Darksied or Joker and they reformed instantly. At that level physical damage doesn't mean anything and Superman was powerless against them.

Odin doesn't has that luxury though.

Thanks for posting the scans, showing that even at abstract sizes the only thing Superman (and Orion) could do to S'ivaa was BFR him using his own rip in space. In your own scan, Orion notes that S'ivaa was coming out of his trance and about to kill them.

And from the looks of it Superman did the tripping and Orion did the actual blasting.

B&T Odin is till Odin regardless if he was fighting Thanos which Odin was holding back for the sake of Asgard. Odin by all accounts is a sky father with power to OWAW Superman into coma. If anything Superman would be pissing off Odin, and Odin has a short temper especially with mortals, Odin is no probe he is the All-Father, one of the most powerful Sky Father level being and beyond in comics.

Superman would get the same treatemwnt, as did his counterpart Mon-el when he fought DS in the GDS and that wasn't even a fight
