The Flash

I'm a flash fan. But I don't like his tv show. Seems they are going the same route as the show in having a young funny quippy spider-man type as Barry Allen. Meh. But I think Ezra Miller is a talented actor. Should be good.

^ Tv show one doesn't come across like that at all to me. He's actually pretty serious, but also very optimistic.

You realise that by it's very nature, the more "hardcore" a Flash fan a person is, the more different their opinions will be to the general public's? It's the same for any character.

There will be some Flash fans who like this, sure. But arguing that it's going to be a majority of die hards is a stretch at best.

I'm not sure about die hard fans, but fans of the character seem to be OK with this. Plus, it's only a minute that we have seen. Not enough to judge, TBH.

Well they do show us to make a judgment on whether we like what we see or not

You say that like they're two distinctly separate groups.

If it wasn't enough to judge, then how can you turn around and talk about how hyped people are? Seems a tad contradictory.

That's how you made it sound. I'm only going by what social media reflects and so far social media has been pretty positive with the trailer that was released. In fact, it got more positive buzz than pretty much everything that was released, for the exception of the WW trailer, which stole the show.

Goes both ways though. Could look great and end up sucking ass.

But they did put out the teaser to give us a positive first impression of the film and it's characters. So we are entitled to give out first impressions (positive or negative) from what they show us.

I have a feeling this movie won't be good. Better than BvS for sure, but equals or a little better than Suicide Squad.
