You do realize that visual input is one of the easiest ways to determine speed right? In the absence of a chronograph or some kind of measuring system (which we don't have here) the best way to determine speed is by judging how fast they seem to be moving.
So unless you can somehow come up with something to contradict what we see on screen, we all see that WS strikes and moves faster than Ozy. Using the logic that says "Yes, he does look like he moves faster, but he's actually not faster because I said so" is quite silly.

You can't tell it's faster though. How can you? You're claiming it "appears" faster. HOW MUCH FASTER? That's the point. It doesn't appear faster at all. I'm only talking about strikes here. The sequences appears a little faster, but again, that has to do with the fight choreography. I don't think you understand some basic things here.
