Ghostbusters was a ****ing mess of titanic proportions.

I don't expect this to be better than her animated movie, but I am hoping that it's the first "solid" DC movie at the very least, which is what it seems to be.

Even if it's not as good as the 2009 animated WW film, this seems to be more or less a solid live action remake of it, which is fine since the general mass audiences hadn't seen the other one. At least the gap in quality won't be as big as between the animated Suicide Squad film (Attack on Arkham or whatever) and the live action one...

Yeah, agreed. And now we have to wait and see if JL and Aquaman are at least passable.

I'm expecting JL to be slightly better then Batman v Superman at this point, With Snyder doing most of the work.

Aquaman should be good.

Also despite the haters, I think MOS was decent as an action flick at least.

It's possible.

A part of me hopes so.

MoS, at its core, is a bunch of good ideas executed not-so-well imo. Outside of the action scenes, anyway. Those were good for the most part.

I'm guessing they're complaining about the lack of black Amazons... You know, like all those other really dark, super-brown Greek women the Amazons are based on.

if so, that's just dumb. what a silly target to pick for crying 'racism', especially considering all the white-washing we see elsewhere. after gods of egypt, i wouldnt be surprised if hollywood cast orlando bloom as shaka zulu.

lol. It always amuses me to think that when they say "diversity" they mean black. If half those Amazons were Asian or Latino(a?), they'd still complain.

Quan is immortal, you fool.

Last time he posted in April. He'll outlive you.

Backfyre won't tolerate this obnoxious green font much longer.

Yeah but will he live as happy as me?

And I would think he would get tired of you crying to him about it more.

Not that I wouldn't see him banning me just to make you happy.

But back to Wonder Woman....

I hope its good.

Well funny you should say, because there's been rumours on Dc movie news that Momoa's acting is the main worry for Aquaman.

Man, I can't wait for Aquaman. All that they discussed with practical effects and all, makes me happy.

Meh it's too far away to get excited for already. Look forward to WW and SM instead.

Turn off your phone before you ruin the movie for everybody else

Geez can't stand those phone geeks while at the movies.

Just out of curiosity, who was your first choice?

I'll admit I didn't have a first choice. Wonder Woman is harder to cast for than Superman. There aren't a lot of blue eyed, athletically built, 6 foot tall women that can act.

The thing I couldn't understand is that WB literally had the world to search and they narrowed it between Gal Gadot, Elodie Yung, and Olga Kurylenko.

Gal has grown on me, despite not seeing the movie, yet. She's also ethnic, which is what WB was going for.

I personally wouldn't be satisfied with anyone shorter than 5'8". I think Amanda Righetti would be been a good choice.

^ Yeah I forgot about the short list. Seems like they were hell bent on her having an accent.

in 14 hours I will be seeing this.

will give Arishem type judgment
