Wonder Woman is all happy to

Spoiler:
stab Darkseid in the eye with her magical sword. And Flash just gets himself a standard crowbar to do the same 😂

Id let that slide just because

Spoiler:
Thats a soft spot and super vulnerable

Well in theory, Wolvies claws CAN cut through Colossus. Thing is, hes not strong enough to apply the pressure to do it.

His claws were stated to be honed so keen they could cut through anything.

Just don't apply RL logic here, lol. Count Nefaria, Gladiator, PG Thanos, amped Mangog... and many, many more... all have been damaged by them.

Sure, but... that was

Spoiler:
Darkseid
, man... 🙁

For a comparison, someone like regular Savage Hulk has been able to no-sell such attacks.

Ehh. Inconsistency on writers part. Remember in WWH, it Worked when X-23 did it. His hf just happened to be on steroids that series, lol. Very viable tactic.

And they "could" cut through anything. You just have to apply the pressure.

Yeah, but X-23 uses adamantium claws 😛

Then not much pressure at all needs to be applied to damage someone like Colossus, if more durable guys got carved(9) up 😉

Different types of durability. Skin density is something different.

Oh, please...

He's cut through one-foot thick omnium (not to be confused with osmium) door as if it was made out of paper... 😛

lol heeeey. Whats that ranked on the Marvel scale of metals? Adamantium, Vibranium, Osmium, Carbonadium..........Omnium?

Osmium is a real life metal 😛 Way below any of those you listed.

Vibranium's durability is hard to be measured because of its nature... as you know, it absorbs the kinetic energy. I like to believe that it's still super-tough even without that specific trait, but some [Mungi] disagree.

Marvel should totally make an official top 10 list, one day.

Bump.

Really? Based off her physicals? Or is the lasso and sword combo too deadly

the lasso would be the biggest issue but she's certainly strong enough and skilled enough to take maybe half just based on her physicals.

I see. I know she looks most impressive during fights, but does she (n52 /rebirth) have comparable strength feats? Like rocking the planet or even shaking a continent. Punch out a high herald?

Glads wipes his ass off with her pretty face.

Diana's recent showing against Mongul suggests one, or two things. Mongul is extraordinarily strong to the point that he surpasses the elite top tier strength class, or Diana isn't truly among the elite top tier strength class.

Is Gladiator within the elite top tier strength class? I've always believed that he was/is.

I'm not saying that she doesn't have the option to use her lasso, but what I noticed is that it isn't her automatic go to move. In fact I don't recall her using it against Mongul when she recently went to War World to free Artemis. Mongul was clearly above her level of strength, and appeared to be confident that he had the power to kill the both of them. They fled the planet after momentarily stopping him.

I'm wondering how well Gladiator would do in Diana's place so that comparisons can be made.

depends on how much stock you put in the mongul showing though. we've seen enough from diana to suggest she is in the top tier--captain marvel/adam tier at least. if we subbed billy into that scene, would he have done better? we could ay we'd sub in a bunch of people, but if the scene was simply intended to briefly spotlight mongul it wouldn't matter.

i'd say that is not a typical portrayal of diana, so i don't put much stock in it, personally. we've seen her do much better against the best in dc, including superman.

Diana is trash tier low street:

Superman needed to cauterize the wound, too.

She also required Raven's magical help to heal and had to face Thanatos in the afterlife.

Took her an issue and a half to recover and rejoin her teammates...

You post that often, but Diana has back handed a sniper bullet before with no damage. She tanked a couple bullets from hand guns in the beginning of rebirth
