Diana has always been all over the place, as far as her physicals are concerned.
Also - no, she doesn't have good showings against bullets, unless you're desperate enough to look for non-canon stuff.

False statement. Diana hasn't been all over the place. She has ALWAYS managed to withstand hits from Superman level beings without being killed, koed, or even significantly damaged. That's way more consistent than that one bullet showing. And rebirth is Canon to WW.
