Game of Thrones

The preview shows that Daenerys has at least one dragon flying with her army, seems the outcome is plainly obvious, unless the dragon(s)' are going to get a serious power gimp and/or the White Walkers have a power move they've been hiding.

Cos if cowardly Sam can slay one with a shard of dragon glass (obsidian) and Jon can fight one on almost even ground with a valyrian steel sword, a grown dragon should easily just lay waste to all of them with a single blast of dragon-fire while flying overhead.

I'm sure GRRM didn't write The Ice Dragon for nothing.

Either that or they turn Bran who then becomes a warging whitewalker able to control dragons.

Heh. That reminds me though, isn't there supposed to be a dragon locked in stone at Stannis' house or something?

****ing Bran would do some shit like that. Sick of that kid.

that was a misinterpretation of the prophecy. dany awoke the dragons from stone. remember the dragons eggs were fossilized.

Ah, alright

Actually, the way this universe works, a White Walker on the Iron Throne would end up being better for the people.

They'd at least take care of them like livestock for their reproduction. Maybe adopt their own traditions so being chosen as the next White Walker is considered a big honor.

Aren't the White Walkers the Fodders wheras the Black Walkers are the Head honchos?

White Walker specifically refers to the leaders. Wights are the zombies. But they just use White Walker as a blanket term like you use soldier to identify a gunner as well as a brigadier general.

There are no Black Walkers.

Do wonder how rule under the Night King would actually turn out should the ice zombie beat down everyone.

Also wonder how the show plans on converging Dany and Jon's storylines w/o the two fighting each other...if that's possible.

I would have to think it would just be a kingdom of the Dead,
of course it might be interesting to see what they would do when Winter Ends. Seeing as how the Dead seem to prefer the Cold.

They seem to just want to kill all life, also considering they seem to need human infants to propagate/create their own, they don't seem overly concerned with their own continued existence after they killed everyone.

I suspect (and hope) that the future seasons (and books) will dwell into the Walkers reasons, wants, needs, passions etc some more. Fleshing them out to be more than just mute kill

From what we saw of their creation, I'd assume their major purpose is to destroy all men. But yeah, that was thousands of years ago, they've grown out of control and have most likely to have evolved/grown in that time.

So what do you say, is Arya really Arya? Or is it the other girl with Arya's face?

"So a girl is finally no one" is a pretty odd phrase, since killing one girl shouldn't make Arya one of them.

It's still Arya, not The Waif.

not fun fact: we might have to wait till 2019 for season 8.

Unless they're the same people all along.

What if The Waif and Arya pull a Fight Club, and are the same character? Would explain why no one reacted to a blind girl being beaten up, which is cold even for Game of Thrones standards..
