Also Chris Evans looks f*cking ridiculous with whatever computer technique they used to put his head on some shrimps body.
Are you insane? That looked incredible. That cgi was groundbreaking.

Nolan Trilogy takes it. When a Cap movie wins an Oscar then we can compare again
You again. LOL. The Dark Knight didn't "WIN" an Oscar. Heath Ledger was given a pity Oscar for HIS performance. He was great, no doubt. But that Oscar was 100% given to him because of his death.

Now that it's sinking in, I'd put WS over CW. WS was more engaging, imo. 2 solid movies, but Nolans trilogy is still the best

I don't think it's a contender for best trilogy IMO. Especially just because I think the first film was just so weak. It wasn't BAD it was just..eh. Also Chris Evans looks f*cking ridiculous with whatever computer technique they used to put his head on some shrimps body.

I have a problem with the plot too. The guy who created Cap dies and they can't make anymore Cap's so they just kind of tell Cap to f*ck off. One super soldier is better then none, why the hell wouldn't you try to make use of him for things other then selling war bonds? Imagine how much it must of cost to transform Steve into Cap and they just go "meh, a super powered being probably wouldn't help us win this war or even help us win any battles".

They don't even seem to really be concerned with seeing JUST what he is capable of.

I found Evans pretty boring in CW. For a Cap movie, he was 3rd best compared to Panther and Spidey.

No one cares about Oscars.

The actors/directors do, but we don't.

Lots of differing opinions. Many people voted for Cap over Nolan's. Personally, Cap's trilogy is not only comparable in quality, but more fun to watch. The fighting/choreography especially blows away Nolan's trilogy. It actually feels like a SUPER hero trilogy as opposed to just crime stories with Batman.

Most likely.

Actually after Civil War, Cap's trilogy doesn't really feel like it's own superhero Trilogy at all, because you need to fit IM and Avenger movies in there to completely appreciate Civil War.

Whereas the Nolan trilogy is it's own Superhero Trilogy in every sense. (Yes even Nolan Batman is clearly a "Super" Hero).

That said, comparing film to film it's a good comparison, but I prefer Cap's because it ended on it's best film, whereas Nolan's Batman ended on it's worst.

Lol what, it looks like they copy and pasted his head onto some scrawny kids body:

You see early CGI was ground breaking too, but it doesn't mean some of it didn't look shitty. Whatever technique they used is quite clearly to me a work in progress.

Well, it's certainly my favourite superhero trilogy. The first Iron Man movie was really good, but it decreased in quality towards the 3rd one. In terms of the Nolan films, I felt Batman Begins was good, The Dark Knight was really good, but The Dark Knight rises, while still a good film, kind of dropped the ball a little bit for me personally. Blade and Spiderman all went totally to shit with their 3rd movies (like Iron Man), and I haven't watched the Superman trilogy recently enough to comment there.

You don't even know the process. They used HIS body. It wasn't someone else's. You need to watch "The Making of The First Avenger" videos. They talk in depth about the innovative process they used. And you're the ONLY person I've ever heard complain about it. Most people were amazed at how realistic it looked.

I don't need to really know the process, I didn't pretend I did. I just said what it looked like they did.

I've also seen others complain and just LOOK at it lol. Look at that picture and tell me it is realistic.

In that pic it looks funny, but I don't remember it looking that bad in motion.

So meh.

I watched the MOVIE and thought it looked good. He was SUPPOSED to look gangly and odd. They achieved that dude. Go back and read reviews about the movie. Most reviews cite how good the process of making Chris Evans look scrawny was. It was seamless. Sure, one photo 5 years later doesn't look as good, but in motion it looks fine.

The batman films are a chore to sit through as well coupled with the shitty fight choreography makes this a no brainer.

It wasn't seamless though, it's not just the picture. There are just some scenes where it looks ridiculous.

Sometimes reviews can be wrong or stupid or just impressed by some new fancy technology.

This is the same guy who claims he's not a DC hater because he's a fan of the Nolan trilogy.

I guess that defence of his just went down the toilet.

I still like those films but compared to Civil War and WS they don't stand up well. Fight choreography isn't good. Do you disagree ? Unlike you I speak my mind and the truth as I see it. You're a fanboy.
