In I, Jedi Mara did compare Kuns spirit to Palps and Vader and considered him to be a joke compared to them.
To be fair, she was trash talking him.
Although I believe Kun is above Vader considering Luke considered Kun to be the strongest Dark side energy he's sensed next to Palps.
He pointed to Kun and Palpatine as "two of the" most powerful focal points, IIRC. Seeing as how Vader was redeemed, he may not have decided to lump him in there. Either way I don't think that's conclusive evidence that Kun is above him.

This argument was brought up probably, but Muurs spirit is above Vector Vader. And while yes Vader was far from his prime Muur himself was but a spirit. If both were at their prime it'd be likely that the same gap between the two would still exist.
Vector takes place like 4 weeks after ROTS lol. Vader becomes vastly more powerful throughout the next 20 years.

I know. But Muur himself was a mere spirit. Both were at a really weak point in their careers. Why should we place ROTJ Vader over Prime Muur when both at their weakest Muur was already above him.
I think the gap between prime and four-weeks-into-his-suit Vader is bigger than that between prime and spiirt Murr. But the primary argument would come from Vader's vastly superior feats, accolades, powerscaling, etc.

Vong Krayt fought Abeloth with Luke, lol.
He wasn't dying to the same extent that he was in Legacy. EDIT: and as Zoltan said he wasn't in his physical body, so he wouldn't have suffered from the weakening

That's the same Krayt that Luke and Caedus were shitting themselves over.
Luke never clearly saw the dark man; Jacen was terrified because Allana was there with him, not because he feared the power of Krayt, lol.
On Had Abbadon, in the Deep Core, Krayt confronted Skywalker a second time. But a third Force-user possessed powers that outshone them both. Karness Muur, an ancient Sith spirit, blasted Krayt with overpowering energy, sending him over a cliff to the rocks below.

He's still much more powerful there than he was against Abeloth.
