Actually, you're wrong. Despite how angry you are about reviews, simple ratios extrapolate quite well to lead to the conclusion that there are literally millions of fans who did not like TLJ.

It's estimated that it sold about 50 million tickets, so far. That's a .15% extreme butthurt rate. Facebook has the actual numbers but they won't release it. Twitter also has the numbers but they obviously won't release that information.
And people tried to say Rotten Tomatoes scores, from the users, were manipulated by 4Chan but that turned out to be false when the individual scores were reviewed: uniques as far as the eye can see. If it was a bot, you'd see thousands of repeats.

Rotten Tomatoes' security team made an official statement about this:
"The authenticity of our critic and user scores is very important to Rotten Tomatoes and as a course of regular business, we have a team of security, network, social and database experts who closely monitor our platforms. They haven’t determined there to be any problems.
For Star Wars: The Last Jedi, we have seen an uptick in people posting written user reviews, as fans are very passionate about this movie and the franchise. The number of written reviews being posted by fans is comparable to Star Wars: The Force Awakens."
So what does this really say? That the fans who have seen the movie represent about 50% butthurt and 50% liked it well enough to give it a pass or better.
That's millions. Millions. Not thousands. Or hundreds of thousands. That's millions of people who did not like it.
These are the facts. Denying them does nothing. Ignoring them does nothing. Accepting them does nothing.
However, Disney will probably take this facts under consideration and deliver something a bit better than TLJ, I would think. After this PR problem, they are more than smart enough to improve.
I have seen petitions before to release the Zack Snyder cut. Those signatures weren't verified either. It was paltry. Despite the fact I'd agree and like to see his version despite it not being finished. Again until I see actual statistics I think this is being overblown or exaggerated. I'll wait and see the box office before I let the headlines grab hold of me.
People are raw and upset that didn't like it but they will calm themselves. I've heard prequel bashing before and it has never affected me either. I'm just hoping they don't cancel the Rian Johnson trilogy.
