Finally got around to watching Tarzan a couple weeks ago.
The only area where Tarzan can match or arguaby surpass Cap is in agility. Strength, durability, speed and fighting prowess Cap is his superior, by a lot in most categories.
So unless this is a 'who can do better flips' match, Cap takes it 10 out of 10.

Cap could kill just as many, if not more with ease based on his feats over 5 movies.

Oh no buddy, that's you. You're ignoring 5 movies worth of over the top feats for Cap that put anything Tarzan has ever done to shame. Yet you still think Cap can't outperform him and Tarzan stands a chance in a fight, because you want Tarzan to win.

Cap's shield in his hands is capable of slicing easily through steel, he could kill a lion in a single hit.
Considering his strength, he could likely kill or incapacitate a lion with a single punch or kick.

The feat with Tarzan is great from my perspective because all he had was a knife.
