1) Deadshot isn't quick on the draw
2) shot Batman's armor and not the opening around his mouth.
3) WS is quick on the draw and doesn't waste time like Deadshot did in two major scenes.
4) WS has blocked bullets in a much closer distance thereby proving its even easier to block them from a greater distance.
