Cap isn't that fast visually. Average adult male human speed for under age 40. So Chris has dodged attacks from someone as fast as Cap. He also dodged bullets at point blank range.

I did. Cap never punched visually faster than the guy in the bar. Thus their punching speeds are comparable. I can punch faster than Cap visually can. But I'm a trained MA.

You know that they are both actors right? There was no camera speed up or camera slow down. They basically punched at the speed they normally can.

If you believe Cap punches visually faster then kindly post a scene of him punching faster.
