Sure, it's a thing. 2000 election showed us that, but I don't recall Gore ever crying preemptively about losing to fraud, like Trump has.

Gore gave up as soon as he could. Even as president of the senate. And quickly die away. Kerry gave up quickly too iirc. I just think if its possible, it only makes sense that Trump will play this card.

Trump's already claimed that the election is "rigged" and that if he loses, it will be due to fraud/being cheated. So he's preemptively played the card. Card = played

The real question, will he push it for days, weeks or months, or will he just cry that he was cheated and rage-quit the same day.

There is a theory that Trump has access to a working time machine from Tesla and this is planned ahead of time. The voter fraud will be found in December, Trump will be president merely to get Pence the presidency. Its a weird rabbit hole. Im not surprised Trump has gone down this road, but I imagine the Obama elections were also skewed at the very least to pretend the system is no longer corrupt. Theres also rumours Hillary's primaries were rigged. I imagine Trump will push this as much as he can, especially after the election.

I am not fully convinced myself. I just want to make a prediction.
