Bane vs. Crossbones

Theoretically you have no basis. The leg grab is far worse than a kick to the head. It has less than a 5% chance of landing on professional fighters.

Anyway Bane wins easily.
He's vastly stronger, more durable, and more skilled.

Huh? Did you not just read what I posted? Let me spell it out more clearly for you: You cannot compare movie fighting moves with real world fighting moves. The reason is because no real world fighter can ever reach the level of skill that most movie fighters are shown to have. So stop asking for real world proof because there is none. This is a MOVIE vs. forum, we discuss things about movies in here.

Widow used "silly leg moves" on Bucky twice. When she first met him in Winter Soldier. And when he was brainwashed in Civil War. The only reason the moves were ineffective is because Bucky is almost as durable as Cap and just tanked her entire assault until he flung her like a ragdoll.

Its funny how a human character hanging with Cap is a good feat for them but not a shitty feat for Cap. IMO, if a character has no plot driven superhuman abilities then hanging with a plot driven superhuman of equal or more skill should be a low showing for the superhuman and not a good showing for the human.

In other words, a showing can be looked at in two different ways. Which way is more accurate?

Because Rumlow had gear and was changed in a manner that put him above a "normal human", why Widow's electrical stun did nothing to him and why he was strong enough to punch and send a glass and steel security door flying.

Normal humans can't do that.

Do you have any proof that she couldn't pull that move on professional fighters?

BTW, what do you think of the skill Baleman and Bane show in the clips that Inhuman just posted?

Of course I do. It was never shown to work on professional fighters. In real life, shit like that don't work on professional fighters.

Durability has nothing to do with it. The leg grab is to take you down, not ko you. WS is strong enough to lift her up (preventing from going down). What's stupid is that she tried the same thing twice. If it didn't work the first time then do something else the second time. This is fighting 1 on 1 (or just pure common sense).

Durability had a lot to do with it. The first time she tried to choke him out after she climbed on his shoulders with a garrote wire. Then he tossed her over a jeep. The second time he tanked like 8 elbows to the skull before he slammed her.

I swear you just make shit up and talk.

Was it a choke? Thought she tried to taze his neck when he said "I don't work that way no more" or something in that nature.

He had a mechanical ram on his fists. It's shown a lot in the making of the film. It amplifies his striking power. He's probably wearing some type of armor or protection that prevents electric shock. So yes, he was changed.

What professional fighters did it fail against?

And Bane gets rammed to death by said power-fist, why I said "If Crossbones has his gear". Now I know you're all about being the contradictory guy in order to get responses, but Bane dies here. Have fun I guess.

I was talking about Bucky, not Rumlow.

Ah, I see. Is Bucky's superhuman-ness really being questioned? LoLz, idiocy.

Yeah. H1 is saying Widow's fighting style is "silly" and not effective, despite it only not working on blatantly superhuman opponents. Like Bucky, who despite her skill both times she attacked him in melee simply tanked everything she had before overpowering her.

In a very roundabout way, H1 is trying to showcase how crappy a fighter BW is and then use her few instances of being able to hit WS as proof that WS isn't really a great fighter nor does he have enhanced reflexes or speed.

But that's punching power, not strength (grappling), nor speed. I doubt Bane would let him hit him with those rams. Bane is highly intelligent and a master fighter. He's multiple steps above everyone. Cap easily disarmed one of his gauntlets.

I said the leg grab is silly shit. Learn to read.

I never referenced BW hitting WS. Matter of fact, I can't remember her ever doing so in a straight fight.

An out of shape and severely impaired Batman (per the doctor's quote) was able to hit Bane, but Crossbones just won't be able to hit Bane when he was able to hit Cap, who is faster than Bane. Your reasoning is absurd.

Batman was just as effective as always. If not then marginally less (not relevant). With that said, Batman>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Crossbones in skill and speed.

Second, Bane allowed Batman to strike him. It was on purpose. Look at the fight. After no selling a few hits he EASILY dodged and blocked batman as if he was fodder.

Bane will know about the ram and prevent from being hit from it. He will counter the first missed strike with a devastating blow.

Sorry, what's said and shown on screen is above what you want to believe; this is just a fact.

In simpler terms: Screen feats > fanboy's dreams

I agree 100%. That why I believe what I believe.
