Oh I agree here, shouting "deflection" never does any good, no matter who is doing it. Though I'm not actually obsessed. If I was obsessed, I'd have known about this story prior to this, but instead I only heard about in the wake of the Milo scandal. Same way I heard about George Takei's thing and Bill Mahers thing as well.
Herochat is lame. They make the comic versus forums on this forum and CBR look downright tame.

Lol how is it silly? Maher's show was cancelled specifically for comments about the 9/11 hijackers.
It doesn't mention any fallout for him over those comments at the time.
So I ask again if you feel these comments will come back to negatively effect him?

Lol nope. Dunham is fair game to be mentioned, nobody said she was a liberal icon. The point is I don't recall any serious campaigns to get her cancelled or anything like that. And 2 years later it's like it never happened, she still gets interviews for her views on feminism, etc. On top of that, 99% of the time she gets mentioned in the SJW thread, which makes sense given she is a staunch SJW.
