And Mary's inner dialogue takes place AFTER her ressurection, so you would be supporting that he still had this amp after ISIS was ressurected by using the Isis power in the Isis amulet.

Your argument of "there was no amp"(lack of statement during WWIII) would only prove that what stat boost wasn't enough to be noticeable. We have statements both before WWIII and after that contradict what you're arguing. As for the rest of your argument, like I said, if we discount everything that doesn't make sense, there'd be quite a few canon things that would be considered not canon.
