At this point, Goku could touch Superman and kill him. Heralds dont take out planets with their index finger and survive planet destruction while not having no power within them.

We just saw a drastically weakened Superman shatter a planet while leaping across a galaxy.
A half power Superman shatters planets as a minor side effect of his attacks with a peer. Currently He shakes dimensions that can imprison universe level beings.
Fact is, Byrne Superman withstands killing attacks from Pre-Crisis level Kryptonians. He survived Nova level attacks and explosions by Pre-DoS era.
Post IC, He was withstanding attacks from Pre Crisis Kryptonians amped with the power of an above Galactus level being(Time Trapper).
