It takes almost 100,000,000 more energy to destroy a small solar system than it would take to destroy a very large planet.
We do know it legitimately could destroy the solar system due to the bios though.
Anyway, Goku in Z has always had a very solid edge in terms of raw energy projection on Superman. Before Super he was not even remotely comparable to Superman in terms of speed and punching power, and hilariously outclassed in lifting strength.
