Look we get Spider-Man couldnt have a major role in this. Point is they could have established some kind of connection.

Like just mentioning the symbiote tried bonding with Spider-Man once. Also build up some Eddie hatred for Spider-Man.

And yes saying it was done before in SM3 is a laughable excuse.

Really curious how will Venom look without the logo tho its obvious his whole body is covered with white veins a cool idea I think is to have a core sphere shaped spot on the middle of his chest from where the veins extend just to stay true to the looks...

People are already mad over Riot being the bad guy but starting with Carnage in the 1st movie wouldnt have been the best idea.

Cool. I enjoyed that little snippet interview from the director.

I will likely watch at least some of the new trailer, if not all of it. But hopefully I'll be impressed and will feel like I've seen enough after the first half or 2/3rds or something and can turn it off. I do want to get another glimpse or two of Venom.

Cgi is still a bit off here and there but this looks like a great phuckin action movie...but is better than it was Ã_n the first hopefully they have enough time to finish it completly..

Also I think it is Riot using the axe hands maybe thats what they meant under him being better with the symbiote...
