I think this showing is better. Hulk punch so hard that he punches through time and not only does he punch through time, he reverse time all across the M.U.

Exactly. popeyes punch is able to reality wrap. punching a bull creating a whole meat stand out of him with plenty of meat sliced and ready in any form posibble. his punches alter reality to a very high degree. he wins.

The OP doesn't talk about which one has punches that can create the most exotic, mystical, reality-bending etc effects though. It's very very specific: who punches HARDER.

Sure, punching a bull so that it transforms into a meat stall complete with a sign is a crazy reality-altering feat, but it's got nothing to do with punch-strength. Can someone post an example of Popeye punching something with any sort of force even approaching a top-level Hulk punch? Doubt it.
