He cut Gladiator. Wolverine hits vastly harder than just about anyone in his strength class due to the strength of his skeleton.

Nearly all incarnations of Hulk, yes.

He's also cut Count Nefaria, Elder Gods of Limbo, Ymir, amped Mangog, Thing, Titannus, super durable omnium alloy (several times), Human Robot's forcefield, Projector's constructs...

What speed fts does Orion have that suggest he is faster than Wolverine? Scans please.

Spiderman sees bullets in slow motion, Wolverine see bullets in slow motion. Bullet fts are nothing in comics and it's nothing to these characters.

I'm guessing there isn't anything with Orion proving he is faster than these 3?

That's not really impressive.
