Orion literally caught a bullet, when his back initially was to the shooter, then threw it so fast and accurately it went back into the barrel and blew up the gun. While literally blind. That's better than what you're pushing. And the scans have already been shown.
New Gods who don't even officially have powers have shown super speed.

Well the green lanterns fought the golem and no solar systems were destroyed. And With Orion almost destroying earth as a side effect, there is no doubt that Orion and not the golem destroyed the solar system.
1- golem’s kill shot is omega beams. They don’t destroy the surroundings.
2- we’ve seen the golem attack and no solar system got destroyed when fighting Hal.
3- Orion had a mission to get help, if he fails the NG’s die. So before the golem was able to shoot him with the omega beams (kill shot)he went all out to destroy him. This ended up destroying the system.
4- in order to prevent NG extinction, Orion could not die there or fail that’s why he wasn’t holding back and went all out. The golem’s kill attack is the OMega Beams. They don’t cause any damage to the surroundings.

He has legit super speed. He actually fought Darkseid at super speed who is so much faster than everyone on Marvel team it's hilarious you said he's the slower one.
