Well according to AoS, Cap moved a 30+ ton bulldozer faster than Deathlok did, by a good amount. Also Cap routinely uses his strength to manipulate vehicles. Held a car with one arm on the bridge. Kicked a truck. Crushed a jeep with a bike. Held up a bike with women on it, etc...
So with that Buffy loses even with all her feats.

It goes without saying he can sprint much faster. We've seen him chase cars multiple times. Prove Angel is as fast. Given Buffy/Angel have never done well chasing cars.

Angelus was killed by getting stabbed in the heart. This is something that would also kill Buffy, so it's not like she was unfairly exploiting some weakness the way that Batman did in BvS with kryptonite. Angel is simply inferior to Buffy. Period.

So far I'm only mid season 2, but I remember reading about Willow becoming a ridiculously powerful Witch or something, and basically curbed the Scoobies (Did something really bad to Xander, who probably deserved it..)

Yeah because when we clearly see Cap lifting larger weights, showing far more powerful strikes, and leaping much further, and in any case replicating Buffy's amazing bending steel feat, then we really don't need to resort to numbers and calculations to point out that the evidence suggests Cap is clearly stronger.
You mean kind of like how me and Surtur did the work for the Buffy camp by actually posting videos? Whereas the Buffy camp couldn't even be bothered to point out an episode number.

Because if you paid attention to my argument, it wasn't just about strength. It was about overall physicals stats which I suggested wasn't really a competition.

She essentially makes everyone else redundant by around season 5. I won't spoil anything that happens, but no she doesn't do something bad to Xander.

what kind of gets glossed over is that Willow seems to more or less be a rapist. Her and Tara are fighting before going to bed and Tara is very angry and then Willow mindwipes the anger away and then they go to bed and it implies they are going to have sex. So yeah, she magically roofied her.
