You don't know anything about boxing, a punches effectiveness depends on how hard you can hit, how hard a hit is, is based on how fast and how much force is behind the hit.
If you are really strong and you hit the heavy bag very slow, it won't have any force behind it. You could be the strongest person in the world, and hit the bad very slow and it won't have any effect.
