For you to claim as such, you need some form of visual aid as proof of super speed...but there is none.

And someone's punch that is blurry and the reaction to being hit and flying away after being punched in super speed is also proof of super speed. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Getting sent flying by a punch is an indication of strength, not speed. It can be speed, but majority of the strength behind a punch is mass more than velocity. As for punches blurring, they really didn't seem that much faster than what professional lightweight fighters can do. There's a slight blur but we can still follow the movements.
Is it fast? yes. Is it super fast? No. At least nothing to compare to being able to block multiple bullets.

Got myself a 93 in physics (or something along that line). Also boxed during highschool and college. Majority of the power behind a punch is mass and momentum more than speed. After all, the fastest punch is a jab... it is also one of the weakest punches.

Has about every spec except that, probably cos it's a canister launcher and not a gun. It's fairly safe to say that the canisters are slower than lower-end bullet rounds, considering we can see them leave the barrel and travel, and while they're fast, they're not bullets.
