The NYT got in on it as well:
The Misleading Claim That $21 Trillion in Misspent Pentagon Funds Could Pay for ‘Medicare for All’
"Representative-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the rising liberal star, cited a figure that refers to nearly two decades of internal financial adjustments, not actual spending."

I'm not the one bothered by someone speaking about their religion, sport. You are. Hence your "cringe" response. But you go with your pretend win.

Nice.You're a good person, G.
I'd expect a different response from people like you. I guess I didn't expect a different response from you, though. Perhaps not as accepting.
But, I'd not be offended at all if a Satanist gave their testimony about the love Satan has for us (this is a legit belief of serious Satanists - that YHWH is an evil God and Satan is the caring loving God).
Nor would I be offended if a Jew gave their testimony. Nor Muslim. etc.
It's their religious belief. As long as a religion is teaching a person to be better humans, it's good to me.
Pretty much, religion is what people take from it, regardless of the religion. What Pratt said was benign, he wasn't condemning anyone or using the bible as a bludgeoning weapon. No reason to shit on the guy over it.

They're not. She's not only too inexperienced at this point, she's physically too young, She's only 29. Will be 31-32 in 2020, which doesn't meet the min requirements.
Even if she was 35, that's still seen as too young and would be a risk. I think 40 is probably the youngest anyone could run and expect to win. Most people want a certain level of age/maturity in their POTUS.

If I'm not mistaken Rob, you're something of a deist right?
Yeah, pretty much. I choose to believe that there very much likely is a God/greater power opposed to everything in this cosmos just being complete randomness. eg Look at the tidy way our solar system works. But I also accept that I don't know what that God ultimately is and that I very likely never will.
Religion (and no offense here, this is just my view) is 100% man-made, I don't believe any religion has divine intervention, God didn't speak to Abraham, or Moses or Muhammad or Jesus etc, it's humanities way to try and explain God and as a means to control the masses.

Always interesting to hear from people without religious theologies who still somewhat buy arguments like the cosmological and teleological arguments.
