See though this is what happens when you push too far, this is the result:
Are the feminists pleased? Watch the sororities go the way of the dodo within the next decade too. And they will not have anyone to blame but themselves.
EDIT: The next type of scholarships to go will be the race specific ones.
Tulsi Gabbard, Iraq War Veteran and Skeptic of America's Wars, Will Run for President in 2020
I actually like her more than most Dems who have announced they are running.

Ditto
I used to do the same with conservatives. Used to get too concerned with their hypocrisy, adultery, and anti-human policies.
But once I started to understand them, I understand their motivations. Didn't bother me so much.
Ok well I tried. Before I used to not have gainful employment. I used to be in a dark abyss of political division. Then I got banned on here realized I needed to change my life. Went out and opened my own business. Now I work 8-10 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week. Today is actually my first day off in 2 weeks. I haven’t gotten out of bed, and it feels great actually.
But when you start doing something beyond sitting on the internet discussing bullshit politics and engaging in the real word, meeting real people on a personal and business relationship you will see the world isn’t so bad.

I think it can be bad for one's health, but it isn't always. I've always told myself if I'm ever out with friends and I can't stop dwelling on something stupid a leftist said or did then there is an issue.
The issue also comes when you turn off your PC and this stuff remains with you still, when you can't separate it. IMO, that is what has caused people to request to be banned.

Yes, 100% all this. I love working. I am waiting for a meeting to start, right at this moment, and it represents the largest capital project in the entire program. It's awesome! And everyone loves working on this. It provides immense value and will save us $62m if we complete this.
Sitting in the cesspool of dark rooms, nothing to occupy your time...bad for your brain.

You can turn it off, you have to decide to stop coming here and posting about it. Visit other forums or other websites.
The reason why it stays with you is because you are addicted to it, plain and simple.
How does it help you personally to come here post about some story then argue about it endlessly with people online you will never meet?

Well yes too much of *anything* can be bad. Maintaining a social life is important. If the internet is getting in the way of someone doing that there is a problem.
And...nobody said the world was bad. I'm not sure where you get that idea, in fact I rail against the idea this country is a super awful place.
Also I do have the say...if this place became so problematic for you, what does it say about the fact you're spending your first day off in 2 weeks on here?

Probably goes without saying you guys are are not sitting around talking about Trump, walls or shutdowns endlessly. Business needs to get done.
Internet forums won’t solve any problem in the world. In fact they might actually make the world worse until people use them for the better.
