On that second one, yeah, she has the right to decline answering questions. I am unsure what charge should would get for stating she wants harm to come to the president.
This was determined in the "landmark Supreme Court" case under Brandenburg v. Ohio. You cannot incite violence with your speech: that is not protected speech.
I guess the penalty is based on the local laws.
Edit - I would say that she does not pose an imminent threat. Her speech does not constitute an imminent threat to violence. It says, "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action."
She's far too fat to pose an imminent threat to the president. She'd become gassed and exhausted just getting the gun out. She'd have to take a snack break after getting the gun ready and a nap after loading it. She'd pass out while holding her breath to steady her aim to take the shot.
When she talks, she's so fat that her speech is affected. You can hear the pounds of fat in her jowls as she struggles to talk. Poor gal is stupid and fat. 🙁
