Yeah it's just a coincidence that it happens to be transgender people suddenly breaking all of these records. Nothing to do with a biological advantage, all biological women in these competitions just happen to be more lazy.
Maybe I misread, but I think Myth's point was that we shouldn't just ignore a person's commitment, drive and hard work they put into something.
If it's just genetics, why are there women (not on roids) who are stronger than you, despite your testicular advantages when it comes to strength.

I mean like, say we throw some ablebodied person into the special olympics and they win first place. Now sure, an ablebodied person wouldn't legitimately be able to win at the special olympics without grueling exercise and honing their body into a physically impressive specimen, because obviously the people in the special olympics are physical powerhouses above the par of your average ablebodied person. That doesn't suddenly make it a fair competition.
If the able-bodied person identifies as a person in the disabled community, and that disability falls within the defined list of accepted disabilities for the Special Olympics, they should be fully allowed to participate.
You should not discriminate against people just because you're too stupid to understand how they self-identify to the public.
Biology and physiology do not matter. It's how they feel in their heart.

The point I'm making is that throwing transwomen in women's athletics is counter-intuitive to the purpose for which we have separate divisions for men and women to begin with.
If you want to make the argument for the dissolution of those divisions and instead argue all people should be integrated into the same division, men, women, trans, disabled, etc. alike, that would at least be a consistent standard... though I don't think it's one that the women and disabled people seeking recognition for their athletic ability would find favorable.

Probably because of their commitment, drive and hard work they put into something. Which I think was Myth's point?
I overall agree with the rest of what you said.

Why is the "male" record so much higher than the "female" record?

Or to hit closer to home, why would it be unfair for cisgender men to compete in women's powerlifting? Afterall I'm pretty sure most of the success from powerlifting comes from years of grueling exercise, not bone density and "stronger connective tissue."
Also, I do think sports shouldn't be gender-segregated in the first place.

It's moreso the inconsistency of such a position I was calling out, but since your position is actually consistent, fair enough. 👆
I mean like... you have all these male records that are higher, and as soon as biological males pop into women's sports they just shatter all the records... and we're supposed to believe there's no biological reason for this? Come on lmao.
Like is the explanation we're going with that women are just lazy? And if so... does that mean that transgender women really behave more like men and are really not female on their inside?
LOL@ anyone who thinks men and women should compete against each other in the same sports. It'd be funny as Hell to see some arrogant "GI Joe" b*tch who thinks she's just as strong as a man to get put on her ass time and time again in a sport like boxing or football.
"Men are only better at sports because they play them more! They have no actual real advantages over women! Men and women are exactly the same!" lmao
Seriously, only leftist sjw snowflakes could possibly think something so damn dumb.

So you think if more "women" competed, their records would be just as high? that it's just a matter of the women who are capable of setting those records are too lazy to compete?

Now lets say, hypothetically, you or I transitioned tomorrow and then in a month we signed up for female powerlifting. Do you really think we'd dominate the competition?

Yeah, just to give people some perspective, current female deadlift record:672 lbs
Male deadlift record:
1,102 lbs
I'm sure that men hold the records in almost all sports yet that wouldn't make one bit of difference to a delusional sjw who thinks women can be just as strong and fast as men as long as they "really want to be!". 😆

It's not laziness, it's more competition means higher records are set. More competition also means more people who wanna break said record which is set.
But sure, strawman it if you'd like.Said "biological" male came from a category where a higher criteria is placed for all the reasons I've mentioned above, hence they are better prepared. Most transgender females in sport transitioned from male to female after a lengthy career against quantifiably larger competition so of course they'd dominate.

I agree that competition pushes us to exceed our limits. But I also feel like biology/genetics has a much bigger impact on what makes one excel in a sport when we're talking about top tier athletes. But yeah, it's not one factor, it's many factors. Thing is, once a top-tier male athlete joins a sport against top-tier women's athletes, I feel that he gets genetics/evolution on his side and I feel that it's what many women athletes would have a problem with.
I think if we made all sports equal opportunity, don't you think a HUGE number of female athletes who won't be able to compete at the level of the males would just be unable to play? Don't you think this would mean MOST women aspiring to be athletes? Don't you think this is more unfair than trans men not being able to compete in women's sports? Don't you also think that eventually, we'd be back where we started with men/women segregated sports?
