i mean i have thought "far right" and "alt right" mean the same thing these days, that is how they are used. just like how "alt right" basically just means "nazi", again this is how it's used.

and no, milo nor ben shapiro nor tim pool nor jordan peterson are "far right"

they believe in free speech, for one.

And yet you never bothered to ask those making the claims what their definition was, but you sure did ask me to call out names and define it, etc.

But hey, coincidence surely 🙂

Just going to constantly play the victim, are you?

So are we going with the definition scribble has provided?

If so then does a person need to proscribe to all those attributes to be considered alt right?

Is 1 enough to define them as alt right or at least expressing some alt right opinions?

I would say so, certainly when you have many like Katie Hopkins or TOmmy Robinson, it can't really be doubted.

Nope, just calling them like I seem 'em.

I don't see myself as a victim of anything, I'm just noting observable behavior. You didn't challenge them to prove their claims. Am I wrong? Have you ever done so?

it is what Surt does sadly, and he does it well.

Actually, what happens is I point out how you guys behave and you guys pull this "playing the victim" bullshit lol.

And honestly: it's a pathetic response to your shit getting called out son

Imo "alt-right" is just far-right, but with memes.

You are correct in that none of those figures are far-right, in fact Peterson often falls on the left depending on the issue at hand, due to his personal categorisation of Classical Liberal (which he fits pretty much by definition).

I think the Myers–Briggs is alright but obviously not super great.

I'm not even challenging you to prove a claim.

I'm asking for a definition so I can answer your question as to who fits that definition.

And I'm asking you why you chose to ask me this instead of asking them to prove their claims. Do you have a response? And do not come back with "I didn't see them", that ship has sailed.

so you're disregarding your definition, for your own?

"my definition" was just from Wikipedia, I posted it to expedite Surt and Jaden's conversation.

That very definition also included the words "The term is ill-defined, having been used in different ways by various self-described "alt-rightists", media commentators, and academics", which basically means the term is kind of meaningless. But memes and white nationalism seem to be pretty key to those who identify as 'alt-right' themselves.

actually you know when i've called people alt left...some of the usual suspects came at me and said it doesn't exist. the reason was cuz people out there have self identified as alt right, while nobody has as alt left. i argued no that isn't correct cuz they routinely label people alt right who haven't identified as such

so, if these bright Einstein's are to be trusted, how we identify someone on the alt right is...if they say they are alt right

oh I love this, either the usual suspects agree or they come out against their own logic

They've named people already they think are alt right. You've responded by disagreeing.

The logical next step would be for you to explain what you think constitutes alt right so "they" can name people that fit your definition in order to get a consensus.

So again, are we going with the definition Scribble provided and how many of those stances does someone have to express to be considered alt right?

Can some people be described as having expressed some opinions that align with the alt right?

Could any of the people you say are not alt right be described as having opinions on some issues that align with the definition Scribble provided?

It has its uses. I find it a bit like a psychology horoscope, though. But I still relate to my assigned INFP, a lot of it hits home; I've also got that every time I've done it, which is many times over many years.

You do strike me as an ENTJ, though. (That's the new variation of "You must be a Libra, honey"😉

Bro, you didn't answer why you didn't challenge them to prove their claims.

Do I need to ask again?
