In order to use that as a parallel, the Jews would need to have taken to the streets, beating the shit out of each other and a few people from the opposition, complaining about their lack of privilege, and demanding more entitlement. Case investigation is not all the way done but from what we can see from the video, it was not a "both sides are to be blamed" in that specific case. He came out of no where fully planning on mowing over people in his car.
