Outside of the javelin toss, and the necromancy itself, we have no combat feats for the Night King at present. For the sake of brevity, I'm willing to say he is at least as capable as one of the armored White Walkers, but no more than that until we get some Night King in action onscreen.

I would agree, if we were doing an organized theoretic battle like a tabletop game or something, but this is a theoretical debate on the armies themselves without plot restriction. It's not a "my army vs yours" situation like in Quan's battlezone with you.

The Night King is no better a swordsman Factually than any other White Walker as of right now. That may change in Season 8 once he gets a fight or two under his cold dead belt, but as of Right Now? No. No better.
Don't get me wrong. I SUSPECT he IS better than the average Walker, I anticipate he is better, but without direct evidence - something we can see in the show - then I can's say he is without being either an unproven assumption, or a disingenuous lie.

No he is depicted as the first walker. He is better than a normal WW.
Remember White Walkers according to the show are made from babies. The Night King was a man. He was a warrior. We don't know who exactly he was, but it can be assume he was good.
He is 8000 years old. He has 8000 years of experience killing things. Who knows how many things he has slain up from the wall. The Night King is a better swordsman than a normal White Walker that is OBVIOUS.

His age doesn't tell me jack squat about his skill with a blade, or any combat capabilities for that matter, nor does his staus as the first Walker. He was captured by tiny tree elves he could physically manhandle if he tried.
Dont give me assumptions and hypotheticals, give me feats we can actually see and measure. otherwise he is no better than an ordinary walker as far as anyone is concerned. We can't assume from vagrities of age. And he could have been sitting on a throne made of ice all that time for all we know, lich king style. That is not good debating. thats running off of pure assumption that nobody can back... Until we see something, I, and many others will be comfortable with standard WW abilities until Season 8 thanks.

It's an assumption that the Night King is any better right now. We do not give out free feats in vs matches.
