Well regardless it seems that Cortosis is back in Disney Canon, in or mentioned in a few sources.
Yeah, Cortosis is still a thing in canon, and it's still lightsaber-proof. 👆

Ahsoka says that a Jedi may come for him on Tython. I suppose it may not happen, but that would be the biggest disappointment.
Wouldn't the Jedi who will theoretically train Grogu have to be pretty long-lived themselves? I mean, even if said Jedi trained him for an additional 50 years, he'd only be the equivalent of, what? A 10 year old?

That's what makes me think it might have to culminate with Grogu actually reuniting with his native species... Who knows, maybe the Jedi who finds him will be Yaddle, and she'll take him to their homeworld. /shrug

Ahsoka did say Groku did train under many masters.

He's probably got 20 years of training already.

I've been seeing an awful lot of loth cats not on Lothal. It's weird.

holy cow this was a grand episode

name dropping

Spoiler:
thrawn
just means
Spoiler:
ezra bridger is coming

also

Spoiler:
revan
might be canon too

just bring no ahsoka's disney plus series.. pretty peas

Not a very good episode.

Good episode. I expect more from Ahsoka, but whatever. Still, the fact that Thrawn and Tython have been mentioned kinda hyped me. So Tython is an important planet to the Jedi in canon too. I’m looking forward to seeing this temple. Also, Ahsoka said that a Jedi would eventually find Baby Yoda on Tython, that seems to imply that there are still some around besides Luke (Ezra is MIA, so she likely isn’t referring to him), otherwise she wouldn’t have used the plural.

The current list of Jedi survivors in that era is pretty small, but the fanboy in me hopes it's Vos... Doubt that will be the case, though.
I too thought of Vos when I heard that :3 but unfortunately Vos was not at the Jedi Temple when Order 66 was issued. Groku was likely saved by a Jedi who was there when Anakin attacked it, otherwise he would have been immediately executed on the spot like all the other younglings. Unless for some reason Groku hid somewhere in the temple, Vos came back to investigate what had happened and found him. But I don't think so, unfortunately 🙁

I'm talking about the Jedi who may come to find Grogu after he connects to the Tython Temple. Think it would be great if it were Vos, but I very much doubt it because most writers tend to forget he ever existed.

Ezra wouldn't make sense(even with Filoni involved), because I don't think we've yet reached the point where "Ahsoka The White" has gone off to find him.

As mentioned, the list of known Jedi survivors in this era is pretty small, so I'm curious where they might go with it. Assuming Yaddle survived the Purge, I think it should be her that ultimately finds Grogu, thanks Mando for keeping [her son 😖hifty:] safe, and takes him back to their native homeworld.

Oooh makes sense, well then it could be Vos, but as you said, he is underused 🙁

Anyone else notice how different

Spoiler:
Ahsoka’s fighting style was compared to her style in TCW? It was much slower and she was even disarmed by the magistrate at one point.

Yet people always say Kylo and Rey are poor duelists cuz of their fighting style and because they struggled against the Praetorian guards.... 😗

This just shows how impressive Kylo’s fight against the KoR was 😄

yawn
Shit characters from shit movies. Anyway, there was nothing impressive about those fights. This duel was just very underwhelming for Ahsoka.

I couldn’t care less about Rey but Kylo deserves more respect. Yeah it was underwhelming but it shows that even top tier duelists aren’t perfect and it makes Kylo’s performance against the praetorian guards look like an impressive feat 😂

It shows that non-Force sensitives can still be immensely skilled, yes.

Not sure why Ahsoka didn't just TK rape her, though.

I always wonder.. Jedi are able to move so fast that they can parry blaster bolts easily. Logically any Jedi should be able to blitz a non force users, since their reflexes and speed are much better. Still, lots of characters like Mando and that woman can react to them. That doesn’t make sense

We saw Mando being hit by blaster fire several times, with him not reacting in time to it (of course), but he could still react to ahsoka’s saber, who should move at least as fast as a blaster bolt or faster

Does anyone else agree that it would have been cooler if Ahsoka recognized Grogu?

As rare as the species is I'm pretty sure Grogu would have stuck out and been the talk of the town.

I wondered why Ahsoka battled the chick with the spear and didn't just TK her until she was KO'ed.
