There is no free pass. There are differences in the situations and thus they warrant different reactions. It's not just the accusations. It's the sexual harassment clauses in his contracts. It's the stories about having entire lists of woman he had private detectives spy on etc. to get dirt on so they wouldn't come forward.

I can fully understand a man like Harvey paying someone off even if he didn't do anything wrong, merely to just avoid a hassle in court. But hiring private detectives, etc. goes well beyond all that.

You're literally still making special rules for Trump, when virtually, there's really no difference between Trump's accusers, Moore's accusers and Weinstein's accusers.
